“Recommendations
2) THAT the Planning Consultant be instructed to include the following additional items within the restrictive covenant:
a) incorporate emergency protection measure into the site and building design in recognition of the presence of the high pressure gas line traversing the site;
b) incorporate the Village’s park land on the east side of the School Property into the planning and design of the school grounds; and
c) undertake a Fire Underwriters Survey to assess the capacity of the Sasamat Fire Department to provide fire protection; and …”
