The letter looks great, this issue is so often overlooked in civil planning and your analysis looks very well thought out
I think you’ve covered all the bases though, air pollution and climate being major concerns considering our government’s commitment to air quality.

I find it extremely interesting that anything with facts, statistics, information from experts, and important questions seem to be ignored…I think this says quite a bit about those in agreement with this project..one word comes to mind….sheep.
